This Refund Policy applies to getsunover.com, operated by Sunover (a brand of Zentra Global LLC). We want you to love your Sunover sunglasses. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Requested within 30 days of delivery
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging (sunglasses, case, and cleaning cloth included)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
Items that cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used or show signs of wear
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Items missing their original packaging or accessories
2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right with a full refund or replacement — no need to send it back in most cases.
Just email us at support@getsunover.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo or short video showing the issue
Once confirmed, we'll arrange your replacement or refund right away.
3. How to Start a Return
Email support@getsunover.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with the next steps and, where applicable, the return address.
Please don't send items back before contacting us — returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
4. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Change of mind / wrong choice: return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Damaged, defective, or wrong item: we cover it.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where an item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
6. Situations Where Refunds May Not Apply
To be fair and transparent, refunds or exchanges may be limited in these cases:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Packages refused at delivery or returned due to unpaid duties/fees
- Delays caused by customs or carriers (outside our control)
- Packages marked as "Delivered" that are later reported lost or stolen
- Change-of-mind requests made after the 30-day window
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received an approved refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or card provider, as processing times vary. If you've done this and still haven't received it, contact us at support@getsunover.com and we'll help.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunover is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country or state.
