This Shipping Policy applies to getsunover.com, operated by Sunover (a brand of Zentra Global LLC). We're happy to ship your polarized fit-over sunglasses across the United States and Canada. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Once your order ships, you'll automatically receive a tracking number by email.
2. Estimated Delivery Times

All orders ship with tracking. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order ships, not the date it's placed.
Please note: Delivery may occasionally be delayed by factors outside our control, including:
- Customs processing
- Carrier or logistics delays
- Weather or public holidays
Temporary delays for these reasons are not grounds for a refund.
3. Order Tracking
- A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.
- Tracking information typically becomes active 2–5 days after dispatch.
- If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, contact us at support@getsunover.com and we'll look into it.
4. Customs, Duties & Import Fees
Our products ship internationally, which means your order may pass through customs on its way to you.
- Depending on current regulations, import duties or taxes may apply to your order.
- Where charged, these fees are set by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- We are not able to control or predict customs fees, and we cannot mark shipments as "gifts" or undervalue them, as this is against the law.
We're always working to make delivery as smooth and affordable as possible. If duties apply to your region, we'll do our best to make that clear before you buy.
5. Accurate Delivery Information
- Please make sure your name, address, and contact details are correct at checkout.
- Orders delayed or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address are the customer's responsibility.
- If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipment costs may apply.
6. Failed Delivery & Returns to Sender
A shipment may fail or be returned to sender if:
- The address is incorrect or incomplete
- The recipient is unavailable or refuses delivery
- Applicable duties or fees are left unpaid
In these cases, reshipment fees may apply and refunds may be limited.
7. Delayed Shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping (excluding customs or carrier delays beyond our control), please reach out to support@getsunover.com and we'll help track it down or make it right.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once tracking shows a package as "Delivered," we're unable to take responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after that point. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us and we'll do our best to assist.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@getsunover.com.
- Photo or video proof is required
- Once confirmed, we'll arrange a replacement or refund
